Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the provision of FastFame services for the automatic repetition of orders and form an integral part of the Service Rules. Terms not defined separately herein are used in the meaning given in the Service Rules.
1. The essence of the subscription
1.1. When placing an order, you may be offered the option to enable a subscription (recurring payment) — automatic repetition of the selected order at a fixed interval (for example, 7 days, 30 days or another available period).
1.2. The terms (price, frequency, discounts) are specified at the moment the subscription is enabled and are saved in your personal account.
1.3. By enabling a subscription and providing your payment details, you:
(i) agree to the automatic renewal of the subscription;
(ii) confirm acceptance of the Public Offer and the Service Rules;
(iii) consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. Order repetition
2.1. Subscription orders are created automatically in accordance with the terms specified at the time the subscription was enabled.
2.2. An automatic repetition may be skipped or paused if:
— the selected service is temporarily unavailable,
— the minimum or maximum order requirements of the chosen plan have changed,
— the price of the service has changed.
2.3. If the price of the service changes, the subscription is paused until you confirm. You may either agree to continue at the new price or cancel the subscription.
2.4. If a subscription order has been created and then cancelled (for example, due to an error or the unavailability of the service), the funds are returned to the customer’s balance in the service. The balance can be used to pay for other orders.
2.5. The customer is responsible for keeping the data specified in the subscription up to date. The customer must maintain the accuracy of the data specified in the subscription: the link (URL), the username/identifier, privacy settings and the availability of the content. The account and its materials must be open (public), the link must open correctly, and the username must remain unchanged. If, at the moment of automatic repetition, the data turns out to be incorrect (the link is outdated, the account is closed, or the username has been changed), the order will be created and the activity will be directed to the data provided, but its delivery is not guaranteed. The absence of a result in such cases is not grounds for a refund.
3. Payment and charges
3.1. Payment for the subscription is made on the day the order is automatically repeated.
3.2. In the event of a failed charge attempt (for example, insufficient funds or an expired card), we reserve the right to retry the charge for up to 14 calendar days.
3.3. If the charge cannot be processed within the specified period, the subscription remains active but requires the payment details to be updated.
3.4. When a new card is added, we may use it on a priority basis. If a charge cannot be processed using it, a previously saved card may be used.
Bank card data is stored and processed exclusively by the payment provider in encrypted form. FastFame does not have access to the full card details.
4. Discounts and bonuses
4.1. When enabling a subscription, discounts or special conditions may be offered (for example, a reduced price while the subscription is active).
4.2. Discounts apply only while the subscription is active. Once it is cancelled, the discount no longer applies.
4.3. If the subscription is enabled again at a later date, the discount terms may differ from those previously in effect.
5. Trial subscriptions
5.1. In certain cases we may offer trial subscriptions (for example, the first repetition for 1 RUB).
5.2. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically switches to the paid plan on the terms of the selected tariff, unless automatic renewal has been disabled in advance.
6. Managing the subscription
6.1. You can manage your subscription in the «My subscriptions» section of your personal account at fastfame.io or via the Telegram bot t.me/FastFameBot.
6.2. Available actions:
— changing the service, link or quantity for the order,
— changing the subscription period,
— cancelling the subscription.
6.3. Cancelling a subscription does not affect orders that have already been paid for.
6.4. Removing payment details is only possible by cancelling the subscription.
7. Refunds
7.1. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been paid for and whose execution has begun.
7.2. A refund is only possible if the order cannot be fulfilled due to the fault of the service. In such a case, the funds are returned to the customer’s balance in the service and may be used for other orders.
8. Notifications
8.1. All subscription-related notifications are sent through the channel by which the subscription was enabled:
— via the Telegram bot (if the subscription was set up through it),
— by email (if the subscription was set up through the website).
8.2. We do not guarantee the delivery of notifications if the customer has disabled notifications in Telegram or uses an incorrect email address.
8.3. Timely delivery of notifications via Telegram is not guaranteed, as failures of the Telegram API or blocking of the bot by the customer are possible.
9. Other provisions
9.1. By enabling a subscription and providing your payment details, you:
— agree to the automatic charging of funds in accordance with the subscription terms;
— confirm acceptance of the Public Offer and the Service Rules;
— consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2. FastFame reserves the right to amend the terms of this document, with notice given to users.
