#Personal data processing
- 1. By accepting this Agreement and providing data on the «FastFame» website (hereinafter — the Site) through online forms, the User:
- confirms that all data provided belongs to the User personally;
- acknowledges that the User has read this Agreement and the Site Administration's terms for processing personal data in full and understands their meaning;
- consents to the processing by the Site Administration of personal data provided as part of the registration information for the purpose of concluding and subsequently performing this Agreement;
- consents to the terms of personal data processing without reservations or limitations, including the actions specified in applicable data-protection legislation, and confirms that this consent is given freely, voluntarily, and in the User's own interest.
- 2. The Site Administration uses the User's personal data to:
- process personal data necessary for providing services to the User;
- build, analyse and monitor the customer base;
- inform the User about contests and promotions;
- send Site newsletters to the User;
- inform the User about new products and services;
- inform about promotions and special offers;
- notify the User about various events.
3. The Site Administration may process personal data by entering it into electronic databases, registers, and internal reporting forms. Processing may be performed both with and without the use of automation.
4. By accepting this Agreement, the User also consents to receiving informational and/or promotional communications by phone (SMS) and/or email from the Site Administration.
5. By accepting this Agreement, the User grants the Service their unconditional, perpetual consent to process their personal data, including by means of collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, and use, performed with the help of automation, including over information and telecommunications networks.
