FastFame offers a tier system for repeat customers. With each order you accumulate the total amount spent, and once it reaches the next tier's threshold, your status is upgraded automatically.
The higher your tier, the bigger the discount: from 3% on Plus to 15% on Elite. Partners get individual prices and the best terms. Higher tiers unlock additional perks — reduced minimum order, single per-unit price, and no minimum order amount.
Partners on the Partner tier get individual terms: personal prices on every service and a dedicated manager to help with any question.
FAQ
The more orders completed, the higher your tier. Each tier unlocks new perks: discounts, reduced limits, individual terms.
We count the total amount of all completed orders. Once an order is marked as “Completed”, its amount is added to your progress. Unfinished, cancelled and refunded orders don't count.
Recalculation is automatic. After an order is completed, it may take a moment for the tier to update. You'll get a notification when you level up.
No. Tiers can only go up. Even if you don't order for a while — your perks stay.
Right after you level up. Discounts and all perks are applied automatically — nothing to enable.
Whichever is better wins. If your tier discount beats the promo code, the code is ignored, and vice versa.
Small orders normally carry a markup. With this perk every quantity in the order goes for the same price — with no extra markup.
Some services have a minimum order amount — even if you order a little, the total can't go below the threshold. With this perk the threshold is removed and you pay exactly the service price.
Many services have a minimum of 100+ units. With this perk the minimum is reduced to the service's lowest possible value — for example, 1 or 10.
On the Partner tier you get individual prices, a personal manager and flexible terms tailored to you.
